Working principles
SIC is highly committed to integrating our basic research groups in the Mærsk Tower with translational and clinical research forces in dermatology departments nationally and internationally.
SIC has establish a new research programme and biobank with skin tissue and blood samples from 3,000 patients with illnesses such as psoriasis and eczema in collaboration with Herlev and Gentofte Hospital. The biobank is the first of its kind and will help shed light on some of the most common skin diseases.
